Malvern College opened its doors for the first time on 25 January 1865 with an initial intake of only 24 boys, but quickly expanded to a current intake of around 670 students (male and female).

Among the College's alumni are two Commonwealth Prime Ministers, to Nobel Laureates, an Olympic gold medalist and many more.

The College is housed within 250 acres of grounds set against the backdrop of the Malvern Hills.
